Eight years ago, 100 strangers came together at BOMA (now The Bluestone) for what was thought to be “auditions” for a new community choir. A combination of people who had not sung since high school, those who had never sung publicly outside of the car or shower, and professionally-trained vocalists joined together to create what Director David Brown says is “the sound of the community, if we all started singing together.”
